For bookings made within 14 days of departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

We understand that plans change. However, due to the curated nature of Cherry Noir experiences, the following policy applies:

The 50% retainer is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future cruise
Cancellations made 14+ days before departure: remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded
Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: all payments are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future cruise
Weather-related cancellations: reschedule credit will be issued

Cherry Noir reserves the right to cancel or modify routes due to unsafe lake or weather conditions
